Disaster Recovery Facilities
	The DRC shall be located in the A’ Ali area, 6 Km away from central business hub, Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain and thus, the access making it easily accessible in case of emergency. The Center is located in an area with consideration to the ground foundation, distance from the water/ocean coast, mountains and telecommunication base station antennas/towers, as well as altitude above sea level. The building is designed and structured to endure unexpectedly magnitude tremors by creating the building foundation. The Center is equipped with Diesel power generators, though it normally operates on power from public electric power companies. This shall undertake power outage for 3 consecutive days. All power sources and air conditioning systems are duplicated as a backup system. This system coupled with power-failure proofing systems and in-house power generators make it possible to keep the systems continuously operating for at least 3 days without any power supply from out-of-house public sources that may be experiencing a power failure. The telecommunications infrastructure includes optical and metal systems, as well as fully isolated routing from each other and separate connections over multiple telecommunication carriers, as well as the option of satellite communications. Security is maintained with an entry/exit security card controlled system and CCTV surveillance camera. The higher security area intruder identification system and a security system that can database and trace who did what. The video streaming available for past 30 days. The Physical and Access control security is maintained through security guards and proximity card access control locks. Center is fitted with FM200 and fire extinguishers as fire hydrant system along with automatic fire alarm system. Customer staff is further facilitated by restrooms, cafeteria, meeting rooms & conference room. Media Management center offers offsite backup media storage in a temperature & humidity controlled environment

Datacenter
	DRCGulf DRC facilities offer an environment for ultra reliable operations with multiple layers of power supply. Main feeders from dual sources, DG sets, dual UPS, and dual electricity distribution system all in highly redundant configurations, Multiple types of fire detectors, Early fire warning systems, FM200 gas based fire suppression systems, raised floors, controlled HVAC as per international IDC norms, separate cooling zones, humidity control and multiple levels of physical security including 24 *7 CCTV surveillance and Proximity access controls. Flexible space options Open Server Space, Closed racks, half and Full cabinets, Cages and also custom built spaces are available with 24-hour Client access facility.

Business Recovery Center (BRC)
	As a part of Business needs, DRC is equipped to offer Business space for the customers to operate from DRC during Disaster like scenarios. The BRC is well supported by ergonomic office furniture, general office equipments like Printer, Fax, Xerox, Internet and adequate telephone lines. The users of the BRC are further facilitated by access to Restrooms and Cafeteria, available 24x7x365 days. The users are kept aware of the world information through Plasma TV running world news at all time. All the users are well secured from their infrastructure housed in Datacenter. The security to BRC is controlled through Access control system and CCTV cameras placed at every customer cell

Media Management Center (MMC)
	Redundant Connectivity DRCGulf DRC is connected to Public Internet through multiple upstream and Downstream Internet Service Providers. As a part of Business needs, DRC is equipped to offer Business space for the customers to operate from DRC during Disaster like scenarios. The BRC is well supported by ergonomic office furniture, general office equipments like Printer, Fax, Xerox, Internet and adequate telephone lines. The users of the BRC are further facilitated by access to Restrooms and Cafeteria, available 24x7x365 days. The users are kept aware of the world information through Plasma TV running world news at all time. All the users are well secured from their infrastructure housed in Datacenter. The security to BRC is controlled through Access control system and CCTV cameras placed at every customer cell Media Management Center is built with special care to keep customers Data Media safe under severe temperate conditions. Customer is allotted separate vault to maintain the data backups. The Vaults are maintained under temperature and humidity controlled condition with access control security. Customers are further facilitated to use our courier services to transport their daily data

	State of the Art Command Center
	DRC is equipped with central Command Center for 247 monitoring and management of all Datacenter critical components of customer infrastructure. The center is equipped with sophisticated monitoring equipment which shall send alerts on mail & SMS to customers and DRC technical staff in the event of infrastructure failure. The center has secure connectivity to all managed networking and security equipment, servers, applications and other devices hosted at all data centers and monitors / manages the equipment using modern tools. All DRC facilities are controlled through central Command Center on a 24 7 basis through Central Monitoring & alarm system to monitor alarms (locally and remotely both) from all electrical and environmental systems. In case of any problems, provisions exist for automatic paging to concerned technicians, and escalation to Management.
