Disaster Recovery Management Services
	Our team offers various IMS services to customer depending on the customer’s requirement right from Infrastructure monitoring, Datacenter management, Technical Helpdesk Management etc. Change Management Our team integrates with the customer IT team at production site to implement the changes occurred at the production site by the customer IT team , at DR site. This ensures that DR site application and databases are in tandem with Primary site

Infrastructure Management Services
	Failover and Recovery Services DR Drill Management Project Setup and integration services Disaster Recovery Center Services Hot Site Service (RTO <= 8 Hrs) The primary site is always connected to DR center infrastructure through dedicated wire and data is replicated from primary site to DR site periodically to keep both the data in synchronization. This solution helps customer to minimize their recovery time objective (RTO) and business loss. In this type of DR site, Data and Applications are always available. Customers can walk into our DRC and occupy the Business Recovery Space to start their business as normal Warm Site Services (RTO > 8 Hrs & <= 24 Hrs) The dedicated Hardware is kept ready in the datacenter with applications loaded. Our DR Team helps customer to load the last backup data and get the business function up and running. The last data is stored in our data vaults for the faster access. This solution shall keep the investment on the DR site moderate with acceptable recovery time objective between 8 Hrs to 24 Hrs. Cold Site Services (RTO >24 Hrs & <= 48 Hrs) In these services customers are offered an empty rack space without any hardware installed. In the event of Disaster customer shall carry their infrastructure in the DRC. DRC engineers shall configure the hardware and softwares with the help of customer IT team and get the business functions up and running within 48 Hrs. To support these services customer can also book an office recovery space to conduct regular office functions from DRC for maximum period of 1 month. Infrastructure managment services shall send early alerts to customer on failure of any of the infrastructure. Business Recovery Center Services
	We provide exclusive offices and computer rooms at our highly reliable, safe and secure Data Center to ensure our customer operations remain uninterrupted. Customers can immediately use these services upon arrival at the Data Center in the event of disaster. The work area is equipped with the entire required office infrastructure to operate office as normal. Media Management Center Services It is essential as a part of DR initiative to maintain the backup tapes away from the production site. DRC offers temperature & Humidity controlled Data Vaults to maintain safe data backup media.
