East West Alternate Health care centres shall be setting up alternative health care centres across middle- east whereby it would provide diagnosis of symptoms, consultation for prevention of diseases, treatment for ailments. The centres would have in patients and out patient facilities. The centres shall also conduct training classes towards yoga and meditation towards promotion of health.

 
Consultation :
Our centres will provide consultation to people who have a particular problem, and are seeking ayurvedic treatment for their illness. Ayurvedic diagnosis, is not merely knowing about the symptoms of the disease, but it includes - to find out the root cause of the disease. The personal Ayurvedic constitution is also determined which helps to choose a proper medicine/treatment according to the person's constitution. The consultation is provided on the basis of detailed review the patient's health history of illness and diseases and treatment sought after. This consultation will consist of Prakriti of the patient, Diagnosis of the disease, Prescribing Diets, lifestyles and home remedies, Suggesting medicines, in chronic diseases
Panchakarma :

Pancha Karma is the cornerstone to Ayurvedic management of disease. Pancha Karma is the process which gets to the root cause of the problem and corrects the essential balance of mind, body, and emotions. Pancha Karma is not only good for alleviating disease but is also a useful tool in maintaining excellent health. Ayurveda advises undergoing Pancha Karma at the seasonal changes to both keep the metabolism strong and keep toxins from accumulating in the Mind/Body.

Using Pancha Karma prior to any rejuvenation treatment (herbal tonics and foods) greatly enhances the beneficial effects; for it cleanses the body, improves the digestion and improves the metabolic processes of the Body. Proper preparation of the body prior to the elimination of toxins is unequal in the health care field and is what makes Pancha Karma so unique and effective.

SNEHAPAANAM ABHYANGAM (Oil Application)
This is a procedure in which Medicated oils are administered orally in large quantities to loosen up the impurities of the body An Ayurvedic therapeutic procedure in which oil is applied with the hand on the whole body by making the patient lie in specific positions.
   
SNEHADHAARA (Oil irrigation on whole body) PIZHICHIL (Oil irrigation by sqeezing cloth)
An Ayurvedic therapeutic procedure in which oil is continuously poured from a vessel on the whole body in specific positions. An Ayurvedic therapeutic procedure in which oil is continuously poured on the whole body by squeezing a cloth piece dipped in warm oil. The is made to lie in specific positions and the dripped oil is spread by gentle stroking.
   
SIRODHAARA (Oil irrigation on head) DHAANYAAMLA DHAARA (Irrigation with fermented rice water)
An Ayurvedic therapeutic procedure in which oil is continuously poured over the forehead in supine position from a vessel hung above the head. An Ayurvedic therapeutic procedure in which fermented rice water medicated with herbs is continuously dripped on the whole body in specific positions from a vessel.
   
PODIKKIZHI (Fomentation with powder in cloth sac) ILAKKIZHI (Fomentation with leaves in cloth sac)
An Ayurvedic therapeutic procedure in which heat is applied on the whole body in specific positions with a cloth sac filled with medicinal powder. An Ayurvedic therapeutic procedure in which heat is applied on the whole body in specific positions with a cloth sac filled with fried leaves.
   
BASHPA SWEDAM (Steam bath) AVAGAAHA SWEDAM (Immersion steam bath)
An Ayurvedic therapeutic procedure in which sweating is induced with steam obtained from boiling herbs in water. An Ayurvedic therapeutic procedure in which sweating is induced by immersing the patient in hot water boiled with medicinal leaves.
   
PATTU (Application of paste) UPANAAHA SWEDAM (Poultice)
An Ayurvedic therapeutic procedure in which sweating is induced locally by applying a medicated paste on the area. An Ayurvedic therapeutic procedure in which sweating is induced locally by applying a medicated paste on the area and covering it with medicinal leaves.
   
VAMANAM (Emesis) VIRECHANAM (Purgation)
An Ayurvedic therapeutic procedure in which the accumulated kapha and pitta are expelled from the stomach through the mouth by inducing emesis with drugs. An Ayurvedic therapeutic procedure in which the accumulated pitta predominant waste matter is expelled from the body by inducing purgation.
   
NIROOHA VASTI (Decoction enema) NASYAM (Nasal medication)
An Ayurvedic therapeutic procedure in which a specially prepared decoction mixed with other ingredients is administered per rectum. An Ayurvedic therapeutic procedure in which specific medicines are administered through the nasal cavity to clear up accumulation of morbidity in the head and upper respiratory tract
   
PICHU (Oil cloth application) SIROVASTI (Oil column for head)
An Ayurvedic therapeutic procedure in which cloth soaked in oil is kept over an area locally. An Ayurvedic therapeutic procedure in which oil is filled in a leather cap fixed on the head and retained for a specific period of time.
   
KATEE VASTI (Oil retention on back) UROO VASTI (Oil retention on chest)
An Ayurvedic therapeutic procedure in which oil is retained in the lumbo-sacral region by making a bund with paste of black gram. An Ayurvedic therapeutic procedure in which oil is retained in the chest by making a bund with paste of black gram.
   
AKSHI TARPANAM (Oil retention in eyes) KARNA POORANAM (Pouring of oil in the ear)
An Ayurvedic therapeutic procedure in which oil is retained over the eyes by making a bund with black gram paste. An Ayurvedic procedure in which warmed oil is poured in the ear.
   
KSHEERA DHAARA (Milk irrigation on whole body) NHAVARAKKIZHI (Cloth sac fomentation with rice)
An Ayurvedic therapeutic procedure in which medicated milk is continuously poured from a vessel on the whole body in specific positions. An Ayurvedic therapeutic procedure in which heat is applied on the whole body in specific positions with a bolus filled with rice boiled in milk.
   
ANUVAASANA VASTI (Unctuous enema) KSHEERA VASTI (Milk enema)
An Ayurvedic therapeutic procedure in which medicated oil is administered per rectum. An Ayurvedic therapeutic procedure in which milk decoction is administered per rectum.
   
TAKRADHAARA (Butter milk irrigation on head) NETRA DHAARA (Irrigation in the eyes)
An Ayurvedic therapeutic procedure in which medicated buttermilk is continuously dripped over the forehead in supine position from a vessel hung from a stand over the head An Ayurvedic therapeutic procedure in which medicated liquids are poured in the eyes in a continuous manner.
   
TALAPODICCHIL (Medicinal paste cap on head) UDVARTANAM (Massage with herbal powders)
An Ayurvedic therapeutic procedure in which medicinal paste is applied all over the head and covered with green leaves. An Ayurvedic therapeutic procedure in which massage is done on the whole body using dry herbal powders

Training classes :

Yoga essentially is a way of life, an integrated means of synchronizing mind, spirit, and body. This system and its implementation originated in India, thousands of years ago and are now practiced universally regardless of creed or religion. As an adjunct to other forms of treatment when indicated, they offer various modes of effective physical therapy that can help alleviate painful conditions. Some examples are Arthritis, stiffness of neck, back and feet, improved blood circulation, constipation, increasing lung capacity, improving respiratory conditions, relieving insomnia, etc.

Exercises referred to in Sanskrit language as Asanas or postures, comprise what is designated as Hatha Yoga. Practice of this ancient and respected system certainly helps in maintaining physical, mental and emotional health, one can be inducted here regardless of age or present physical condition. It can be done at one's own pace and there is no concept of competition with anybody else.

While most physical conditioning techniques emphasize the muscles, Yoga addresses every system in the body and mind, and the yogi begins to sense over time the spiritual reality of one's existence.The Yoga training will have four courses i.e. Yoga Awarness, Yoga Begineers, Yoga Intermediates and Yoga Advnace Courses.The courses will give solid foundation and knowledge of yoga for a life time of practice and include the follouing curriculam Yoga Postures are taught from basic to advance systematically, Yoga Kriyas (Cleansing Techniques), Various types of Pranayama (breathing techniques), Meditation, Yoga nidra.
