Mr. Bashar Mohammed Ebrahim Almutawa – Chairman : He has studied Finance & Economics from Boston, USA. He has worked as a consultant with KPMG Fakhro (Audit and Advisory) for 4 years before taking over the as the managing director of Noon Investment Company W.L.L.

Mr. N. R. Parmeswaran - Director : He is a Chartered Accountant from the internationally acclaimed Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He also member of the Bombay Chartered Accountant Society (BCA). He is also a Business Continuity Planner (BCP). He is the co-founder of MMF  and has more than two decades of experience in providing financial services and advisory. His core strength remains project finance, bank finance, debt syndication, Initial Public Offer (IPO) and financial structuring of green field projects. He shall be focusing on the overall structuring and financial decision making of the business

Mr. Manish Ladage – Director : He is a Chartered Accountant from the internationally acclaimed Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He also member of the Bombay Chartered Accountant Society (BCA). He is the co-founder of MMF and has more than two decades of experience in providing advisory in matters relating to company law, taxation and company expansion / diversifications. He also provides consultancy to Non Resident Indians (NRI’s) for Taxation and Investment matters. He other areas of specialisation are insurance advisory and portfolio management services. He shall be focusing on the long term strategic decision making of the business.

Mr. P. Sethumadhavan –Director : He is a Master in Arts (Economics) and Business Management from Mumbai, India. With an experience exceeding 25 years he has worked in various capacities across various industries ranging from manufacturing, trading, services, investments, health care and retailing. His core strength is in the area of implementation and execution of projects across diverse industries. He shall be focusing on the planning and over all management of the busines
